Ranks come from the snapshot at the end of Season Zero. Accounts found farming (Vouch rings, wallets controlled by one person) can be removed before claims open.
Rules
- 3 Vouches and 3 Slashes per account per day. Allowances reset every 24 hours.
- One action per account per day — you can't Vouch and Slash the same person on the same day.
- A Slash needs a public reason and is attributed to you. It can lower someone's Vouch Graph to zero, never below.
- A Vouch is weighted by the sender's own reputation, from 0.25 for a brand-new account up to 1.0.
- Vouch, Slash and quests pause at the snapshot and reopen at launch, so the standings can't change after it.
